How to participate
The scientific photo contest is directed to all scientist participants of the 8th FENS forum, Barcelona. To participate you must first register at the 8th FENS forum and use your registration number to appoint and upload your photo here

Rules
- Each person can participate with only one photoper category.
- Each photo must be accompanied by a suggestive title and a brief text (100 words) that best describes the photography.
- A jury will be formed that will assess the originality, artistic quality, technical and scientific content of the pictures and will evaluate them accordingly to the category. The best 10 photos of each category will be selected.
- The 20 selected photos will be printed out and will be in exhibition during the FENS 2012 where FENS participants will have the chance to vote online at the Science trivial pursuit SPA areas for the best 3 photos that will be awarded.
- For each category the best photo from the jury and the best photo from FENS participants will be awarded.
- Participants guarantee that the image is original, does not violate the rights of any third part. All the responsibilities are assumed by the author of the photo.
- Uploaded photographs are to be uploaded in JPG or TIF format and should no have more than 3 Mb. We advice you to keep a copy of the image of a minimum dimensions of 1200 x 1200 pixels and a minimum resolution of 300 x 300 dpi. In case you win we will ask you for it.
